Independent Roofing Company started doing primarily residential roofing, and since 1919 residential roofing has continued to be a top priority of ours. We work together with homeowners to help solve of their roofing needs, from the smallest leak to a complete re-roof of the home. Our primary objective is to protect your family and home from the elements of Midwest weather by designing and installing a high quality roof. Rain, snow, wind, hail and sun all pose challenges to roofing systems. It is important to install a roof which can best withstand these elements. We begin this process with a complete assessment of the roof and consultation with the homeowner.
We begin with a thorough inspection and consultation, so you know exactly what to expect. Then we follow that up with precision, quality workmanship using only premium products. Finally, our job is not finished until we perform a complete project clean up on your property, and inspected by the project manager
Along with roof installation, we also provide a variety of home repair services such as:
- Emergency Roof Repairs
- Skylight Repair and Replacements
- Chimney Repair
- Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication and Installation
- Gutter Replacement & Maintenance
