Our full-time dedicated service department can help you with all of your roofing needs.

REPAIRS

We offer 24 hour emergency coverage, 7 days a week, including holidays. We can repair all types of roofs (BUR, EPDM, Modified, Metal). All of our repair men have broad knowledge and experience in all the various roofing systems. Our service trucks are fully equipped with anything and everything we need to make the necessary repair. We do all repairs according to manufactures specifications and industry standards.

MAINTENANCE

Independent Roofing Company believes maintenance is the best way to prevent leaks. The key to this is to be proactive rather than reactive. Our service men are able to help create a site specific plan to help maintain the integrity of your roof.

Our maintenance service include, but are not limited to these items:

  • Contact owner and/ or the building manager to go over any problems.
  • Repair of any active leaks.
  • Inspect and repair any damage around HVAC curbs and any other penetrations.
  • Check to make sure that the HVAC units are draining properly.
  • Inspect, repair and/ or touch up coatings, vent hoods, bare areas in the gravel.
  • Inspect and repair any damage of the wall flashings.
  • General cleanup of the entire roof (removal of cans, broken bottles, leaves).
  • Clean debris out of gutters and down spouts, and away from the drains.

ROOF INSPECTIONS

Independent Roofing Company offers complete roof inspections on a yearly or bi-yearly basis. Inspections give building owners the opportunity to track how your roofing system is performing and to plan and budget for the future roofing needs. After inspection a comprehensive report, including pictures and descriptions of our findings is provided. This allows the building owner to actually see the results with their own eyes. Owners will be able to access the report on their own computers, through our website at their convenience. Our trusted service department can then work with the building owner to create a proactive plan for the care of the roof.
